Responsibilities include assisting licensed personnel, maintaining reagents records, inventory, and ensuring safety practices. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of lab experience preferred. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Some college coursework (2–3 years) preferred.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and organizes samples for testing (e.g., racking, aliquoting, tube prep).
• Labels, handles, processes, transports, and stores specimens.
• Identifies sample problems and helps resolve them.
• Prepares testing equipment and assists with preventive maintenance.
• Assists licensed personnel or delegated supervisor in pre-analytic and post-analytic testing activities.
• Maintains complete records of reagents and controls.
• Performs data entry and contributes to workload reports.
• Keeps laboratory areas neat, clean and organized.
