Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Medical background preferred including medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Learn assigned job duties and understand the functions within Tech Ops.
• Identify problems with specimens and ensure timely resolution.
• Demonstrate understanding of compliance policies related to test ordering.
• Meet quality and production standards within 6 months of training.
• Complete all required documentation legibly and on time.
• Support the department's performance in the event of coworker absences.
• Learn additional functions to progress to the next level.
