Job summary

You will handle specimen workflow, operate lab equipment, and assist with phlebotomy as needed, while providing courteous service to patients and staff. This is a full-time on-site role based in Detroit, MI.

• **Master the specimen journey:** Take charge of order entry, specimen and material pick-up, transportation, tracking, receipt, and processing—you'll be the MVP keeping everything moving smoothly!


• **Become equipment-savvy:** Operate and maintain pre and post-analytic laboratory equipment, including laboratory automation systems. You'll get to work with cutting-edge tech that makes a real difference.


• **Be the friendly face:** Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with genuine warmth and professionalism. Your positive attitude and courteous service will brighten everyone's day.


• **Roll up your sleeves (sometimes):** Occasionally perform phlebotomy services when needed at your site-expanding your skills and staying versatile.
