Henry Ford Health is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician to join our lab team. You will master specimen collection, handle transport and processing of samples, and participate in point-of-care testing and order entry.

You will interact with patients and coworkers to ensure smooth operations, upholding high safety standards and accuracy in handling specimens across ages and backgrounds.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience.

• Master the art of specimen collection, including phlebotomy—becoming a pro at making the process smooth and comfortable for patients of all backgrounds.
• Process and transport laboratory specimens following established procedures to keep operations running smoothly.

• Maintain safety and precision when handling specimens from patients of all ages.
