NKC Health in North Kansas City is seeking a Lab Assistant for the Tiffany Springs outpatient clinic at 10161 N Ambassador Dr. You will perform receptionist, processor, and phlebotomy duties to support patients with compassion.

Responsabilidades

• Under supervision, perform receptionist, processor, and phlebotomist duties.
• Register patients by collecting and verifying demographic, insurance, and billing information.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens to the laboratory to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Communicate with clinical departments to resolve registration or order issues.
• Provide courteous, professional service to patients and families.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety regulations.
