Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Newton, KS. This role involves blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, specimen handling, and accurate data entry.

You will provide excellent customer service in a clinical setting and may travel to other sites as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred qualifications include phlebotomy certification and experience drawing from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• Pediatrics to geriatrics drawing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests and alcohol tests.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
