Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking a Lab Assistant to support Clinical Laboratory and IDOL lab operations. You will perform routine tasks, maintain equipment, and prepare spaces for sample processing, while ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes following SOPs, working under supervision, and developing familiarity with DNA extraction methods and sequencing workflows within a GMP/GCP/GLP context.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience following SOPs and procedures in a laboratory setting.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited institution working on BS or MS in chemical/physical/biological sciences.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and routine lab tasks under supervision.
• Clean and maintain lab equipment and spaces on schedule.
• Prepare workspaces for sample processing and document maintenance activities.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements; ensure accurate record-keeping in LIMS.
