Job summary

National University in San Diego is seeking a Federal Work Study student to support the Lab Manager in our Spectrum Center labs. This part-time role offers up to 25 hours per week and requires you to work onsite while pursuing a Technology and Engineering program.

Responsibilities include managing 3D print queues, troubleshooting print issues, preparing and shipping lab kits, and assisting with testing new systems and building job aids. A current NU student with FAFSA is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a current National University student with a completed, current FAFSA.
• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to work onsite.
• Enrolled in a School of Technology and Engineering program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lab Manager in managing 3D print queues and troubleshoot routine print issues while following all safety guidelines; escalate issues as needed.
• Inventory, prepare, and ship designated lab kits as directed.
• Support the Lab Manager in testing new systems, validating job aids, and performing other assigned duties.
