Job Title: QC Laboratory Technician

Pay Range: $20-21/hr

Work Schedule: Shift work, 12-hour shifts - Dupont schedule, rotating days and nights

Schedule Specifics: 6 months with possible extension

Job Description:

The Analytical Lab Technician is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and recording data from samples while adhering to proper procedures and safety protocols. They will also prepare reports and maintain database records.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collect, identify, and prepare various samples such as phosphate rock, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, gypsum, environmental water, and granulated fertilizer.
2. Set up, maintain, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments.
3. Perform analyses using hazardous chemicals according to prescribed procedures to assess product quality.
4. Perform calculations, review data for accuracy, prepare reports, and maintain database records.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.
