Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking a Lab-based Applications Engineer to support the Packaging & Labeling team's APC group within Adhesive Technologies. You will run laboratory tests and translate results into product recommendations and process improvements.

You will collaborate with the Field Team and Sales from the Bridgewater site, maintain lab equipment, and prepare clear reports and customer communications to drive successful product implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal/external technical requests and projects for the APC Packaging & Labeling team.
• Plan and perform laboratory testing based on customer requests and internal projects.
• Organize and analyze lab results using databases; interpret data to make product recommendations.
• Prepare laboratory reports, technical presentations, and customer correspondence.
• Support APC Application Engineering Field Team and Sales Team from the Bridgewater site.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure equipment is calibrated and safety checked.
• Support and conduct customer lab demonstrations with application equipment.
