Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent experience in coating/adhesive tech.
• Hands-on lab testing and data interpretation needed.
• Familiarity with lab documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run customer lab demonstrations using application equipment and pilot coater/laminators.
• Support on-site customer visits and ensure efficient setup and production of materials.
• Calibrate, safety-check, and maintain laboratory, pilot, and application equipment.
• Develop and standardise laboratory testing methods.
• Coordinate pilot equipment changeovers and minor maintenance activities.
• Complete Customer Lab Work Requests and technical reports.
• Support Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions for product complaints.
• Prepare internal reports and presentations.
• Participate in customer report-outs and training activities.
• Communicate with Sales, Key Account Managers, Application Engineers, project teams, and customers.
• Lead laboratory test method harmonization and administration.
• Promote Safety and 5S practices.
• Move materials as required during job duties.
