Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Phoenix seeks a Lab Analyst to perform moderately complex tests, document data, and support quality and safety programs in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires an AA or BS in chemistry (or MS with no experience) and 1–2 years of relevant work. You will maintain notebooks, operate analytical equipment, and help audits and preventive maintenance while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• AA or BS in chemistry (or MS with no experience)
• 1–2 years relevant chemistry lab experience preferred
• Experience in cleanroom and laboratory documentation
• Ability to follow SOPs and QA/QC protocols

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and interpret results per SOPs.
• Maintain lab notebooks and input data for reports.
• Plan daily work with supervisor guidance.
• Identify and resolve routine lab issues (supplies, reagents).
• Maintain cleanroom conditions and safety practices.
• Participate in QC/QA audits and preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance and sample prep.
• Provide training to peers after proficiency.
• Handle and analyze client samples (standard and non-standard).
• Support compliance activities and document processes.
