• Collects and processes urine drug screens and chain of custody forms.
• Manages specimen inventory and related materials.
• Acts as purchase card holder to support referrals and service needs.
• Enters and edits data as the TMS coordinator for staff training.
• Maintains Equipment Inventory Listings custodial duties.
• Processes equipment turn-ins and submits engineering work orders.
• Supports remote equipment temperature monitoring systems.
• Sponsors PIV for PLMS employees and manages travel approvals in Concur.
• Arranges travel and prepares admin reports for management.
