  • Fostering open communication and a strong questioning attitude culture where employees and subcontractors feel empowered to raise issues, highlight system vulnerabilities, and report errors.
  • Overseeing nuclear design execution to ensure facilities are designed, constructed, and modified safely, compliantly, cost‑effectively, and in accordance with mission needs.
  • Managing project, field, systems, and subject‑matter expert engineering resources to support delivery of ALDPI projects.
  • Ensuring consistent, effective, and maturing implementation of Conduct of Engineering (CoE) and Configuration Management within the ALDPI portfolio in LANL's Plutonium Facility.
