Job summary

Represent is hiring a US Sales Associate to join our West Hollywood location. This full-time role offers a base hourly rate of $21.50 plus monthly commissions, with a 40-hour work week and reporting to the Store Manager.

You’ll drive in-store sales, assist customers, maintain stock, cross-sell, and help achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide product information.
• Proficiency with POS purchases, transactions and cross-selling.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving in-store.
• Willingness to contribute to store design, promotions and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product range
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned backstock areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross-sell products
• Handle customer issues
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
