Job summary

REPRESENT is hiring a US Sales Associate for West Hollywood. This role offers 2 x part-time positions with an hourly rate of $21.50 plus monthly commission, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, assess needs, and guide shoppers through our product range, while working to achieve store sales goals and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals monthly and contribute to brand growth.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of product range and features.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product range.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
• Follow and achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Cross-sell products and process POS purchases.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable backstock areas and work with team to ensure smooth store operation.

Reporting to the Store Manager

2 x part time roles available

Hourly rate of $21.50 + monthly commission

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product range.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned backstock areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross-sell products
• Handle customer issues
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
