Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management, transactional paraprofessional or title company closer experience (preferably with experience in real estate, financial transactions, healthcare and/or general corporate work).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, written (grammar, spelling, format) and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, take ownership of work, anticipate next steps and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both collaboratively (with all levels of the firm) and independently, as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate execution of financing transactions and closings with attorneys.
• Develop deal timelines and internal task-tracking.
• Prepare closing documents, certificates, filings, and reports.
• Manage electronic closing platform and closing records.
• Provide administrative support, scheduling, research, and billing.
