Job summary

The Ladder Method, Inc. is seeking compassionate, highly professional Executive Functioning Learning Specialists for an in-person role in Los Angeles.

You will coach middle school to young adult clients to strengthen executive skills and independence, partnering with families to tailor individualized plans. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in teaching, psychology, education, counseling, or related fields, with strong boundaries, and the ability to work with diverse families.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Firm boundaries and professional conduct.
• Experience coaching, psychology, education, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Experience with neurodivergent individuals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients 1-on-1 (in person) using program curriculum.
• Guide clients in improving time management, planning, organization, and follow-through.
• Help clients establish systems to support goals.
• Provide accountability, motivation, and mindset coaching.
• Document progress and communicate with internal team.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
