Qualifications

• Experience in academic subject areas and with differentiated instruction.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to develop EF skills (organization, planning, time management).
• Guide students in study strategies, task initiation, and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with families and schools to implement individualized plans.
• Assess progress using informal methods and adjust instruction accordingly.

Learning Tree Coach is seeking a compassionate, organized, and engaging Executive Function Coach to provide one-on-one coaching to students in grades K–College. The ideal candidate has experience supporting students with ADHD, learning differences, and executive functioning challenges, and is passionate about helping them build skills in organization, planning, time management, study strategies, task initiation, self-advocacy, and independent learning. Candidates should have a background in education, special education, educational therapy, psychology, counseling, or a related field, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with families and schools. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with room for growth in a supportive, collaborative practice dedicated to helping students reach their full potential.

• Experience in academic subject areas
• Ability to conduct informal assessments and use results to plan differentiated instruction.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or similar field
• Previous experience working as a reading tutor, classroom teacher, or intervention specialist.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and school staff.
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and student-centered practices.
