Job summary

Honey Homes, Inc. is seeking a field sales specialist to visit homes in the Los Angeles area and convert warm, pre-qualified leads into memberships.

You’ll guide homeowners through our stress-free homeownership service, educate them on the membership, and secure their first handyman visit directly in our app. Expect roughly 5–6 visits per day, a proven playbook, and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in high-performance environments, startup or home-services.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable in in-home conversations.
• Ability to build relationships quickly; empathetic and attentive.
• Understand basics of home systems and what a membership covers.
• Know LA area; comfortable driving across the region.
• Growing mindset; follow a playbook but push improvements.
• Relentless; bounce back from highs and lows in sales.
• Document everything and keep teammates informed.
• Act like an owner; do right by members and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home walk-throughs with warm, pre-qualified leads.
• Educate on membership and capture 10+ tasks in the app; book first handyman visit.
• Perform 5–6 walk-throughs daily, Mon–Fri across the LA area; execute the playbook.
