The position offers uncapped earnings up to $105K OTE, full benefits, and the chance to grow within the company. Ideal candidates will have strong sales backgrounds and the ability to build rapport with homeowners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in high-performance environments, preferably in home services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for in-person sales.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of home systems, including plumbing and electrical.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home walk-thrus with prospective members to demonstrate service.
• Capture and document tasks accurately using company app.
• Execute proven sales playbook with a strong focus on customer engagement.
