Job summary

Honey Homes is hiring for a field sales role based in the San Jose area. You will conduct in-home walk-throughs with pre-qualified homeowners, educate them on the membership, answer questions, and capture tasks in the app. Your goal is to secure a first handyman visit before you leave and set up a strong first experience.

You will run 5–6 visits per day, Monday through Friday, with a proven playbook and opportunities for growth into senior roles as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in startups or home services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 5–6 in-home walk-throughs per day in the San Jose area.
• Educate homeowners on Honey Homes membership and benefits.
• Capture tasks directly in our app during visits.
• Aim to book the first handyman visit before leaving and set up a great first visit.
