Law Firm in Los Angeles is seeking a mid-level attorney to take on substantive employment defense litigation from day one, handling discrimination, harassment, wage-hour, and related contract-dispute matters.

You will work directly with senior litigators rather than performing document review, gaining real deposition, motion practice, and trial experience in a growing practice backed by 25+ years in the industry.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense; defense-side preferred).
• Comfortable with independent case management and client-facing work.
• Some business/contract litigation exposure is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment defense litigation including discrimination, harassment, and termination cases.
• Work directly with senior litigators and manage cases independently.
• Some business/contract disputes may be handled as needed.
