Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in newsroom, content agency, or digital media.
• Ability to manage a growing team of writers and creatives.
• Strong understanding of digital media trends and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Find brilliant stories and generate content ideas for the LA market.
• Manage a growing team of writers, video producers, and social creatives.
• Write engaging, accurate articles at pace about local topics.
• Monitor all site content including daily news and features.
• Oversee strategy and output across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Ensure content is SEO friendly and follows editorial standards.
