Job description

We are currently looking to fill Shelter Lead Staff overnight positions at the Warming Center in La Crosse working with our community homeless population. The Lead Staff assists in the operations and provides shift supervision, support, and training to volunteers. Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision making & interpersonal skills. Be recognized as a leader and respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable desired.

Hours are Sunday-Thursday, overnight from 10:30 pm-6:30 am.
