Job summary

CMTS, LLC in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Junior Construction Scheduler to support on-site infrastructure projects nationwide.

You will work with project managers, superintendents, and schedulers to develop and update schedules, tracking progress, and reporting using Primavera P6 and MS Office. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• One year of full-time scheduling experience for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on educational or public works projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling input under Senior/Junior Schedulers for Baseline Schedules and Monthly Updates per LAUSD templates.
• Create and populate schedule-related reports in Excel and P6.
• Develop Earned Value Curves per LAUSD EVA guidelines.
• QA/QC on contractors’ schedules for conformance with contract scope.
