Job summary

POP MART Americas is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead retail expansion across the United States from Los Angeles. You will oversee multiple projects, manage budgets, schedules, and quality, and coordinate with architects, vendors, and internal teams to deliver immersive retail spaces on time.

The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial construction, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure brand standards are met while driving project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, RFIs, change orders, submittals, scheduling.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and manage the approved capital budget for each project.
• Collaborate with the project and design teams to deliver progress reports and documentation.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify risks with contingency plans.
• Manage RFIs and contractor communications to keep projects on track.
• Review contractor bids and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Lead weekly construction progress meetings and record minutes.
• Document submittals, shop drawings, and finish selections for approval.
• Perform site visits, punch lists, and handovers.
