Job summary

POP MART Americas is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the rollout of our U.S. retail expansion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with internal teams, architects, and contractors, ensuring design integrity and quality across multiple sites while traveling up to 40% of the time. A strong background in commercial construction is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction project management is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on budget and on time.
• Willingness to travel approximately 35–40% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and manage the approved capital budgets for each project.
• Collaborate with project and design teams to deliver progress reports and docs.
• Proactively manage changes, risks, and contingency plans with the team.
