Job summary

POP MART Americas oversees the execution of retail construction projects across the United States. The Construction Project Manager will lead multi-site expansion efforts, coordinating with design teams, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can travel around the US 35–40% for site oversight and project alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction project management.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across phases while keeping on budget and on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and manage the approved capital budget for each project with attention to quality and safety.
• Collaborate with project/design teams to deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage scope changes, identify risks, and create contingency plans with the project team and contractors.
• Manage RFIs at bid and construction stages to ensure timely, complete responses.
• Review GC bids to determine awarded contractor and ensure timely delivery within schedule and budget.
• Ensure AOR design elements and shop drawings are incorporated before bidding.
• Coordinate with tenant teams to develop accurate construction documents and build-out.
• Lead weekly progress meetings, prepare minutes, schedule updates, and change order logs.
• Perform site visits, punch lists, and handovers; participate in additional duties as required.
