Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Support audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors.
