You will manage overseas manufacturing partners and ensure product quality and timely delivery. Qualifications

• 3+ years of product development management experience in housewares.
• Experience with overseas manufacturing and sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Mandarin language skills strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product development lifecycle from concept through production.
• Assign and oversee projects with overseas manufacturers.
• Negotiate costs, timelines, and specifications with factory partners.
• Monitor development milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Sourcing teams.
