Westlyn in Los Angeles is seeking a Communications Specialist to support a growing portfolio of clients across consumer services, retail, telecommunications and hospitality. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in client communications, campaign support and cross-team coordination.

You’ll maintain regular client contact, prepare clear written communications, review materials, and help keep projects on schedule while developing your skills in campaigns and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, public relations or client services is preferred. We're also interested in candidates who have developed relevant skills in other professional environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, reporting tools and basic campaign management processes would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Client Communications: Maintain regular contact with clients and provide campaign updates; Prepare clear, professional written communications; Help ensure client messaging remains accurate and consistent.
• Campaign Support: Coordinate communication plans for upcoming campaigns; Review promotional materials and customer-facing information; Gather feedback and assist with campaign reporting.
• Team Coordination: Work with internal teams to keep projects on schedule; Organise communication records and supporting documents; Identify communication issues and recommend practical improvements.
