Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Level 3 Systems Engineer with strong Azure expertise to lead as a senior technical contributor within our Managed Services team.

Responsibilities include end-to-end design, deployment, and support of Azure, Microsoft 365, and virtualization solutions, while mentoring junior engineers and guiding client-facing projects. You will act as the technical owner for assigned clients, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience, preferably in an MSP.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.
• PowerShell automation and scripting experience.
• Proven troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305) preferred.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 Location: In Office

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer with strong Azure expertise to serve as a senior technical leader within our Managed Services team. This role combines advanced troubleshooting, project delivery, client ownership, and technical mentorship.
