Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machines per job specs.
• Load and align rolls of film, foil, paper, or fabric into laminating equipment.
• Start, stop, and adjust equipment; troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain production logs and track job progress in ERP systems.
• Train and support other operators to develop skills and meet goals.
• Ensure quality via in-process inspections and adherence to SOPs.
