Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking Tier 3 IT Infrastructure engineers to troubleshoot, configure, and manage server, network, data center, and related infrastructure. You will be the go-to expert for resolving complex incidents and will engage with Product & Engineering teams to escalate and fix critical issues.

Responsibilities include handling high-end administration tasks, supporting manufacturing plant equipment, and ensuring 24x7 on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer Information Systems/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of Level 3 infrastructure experience in manufacturing/plant environments.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016+ administration and server hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills with SLA/KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for server, network, data center, and infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents per SLAs; coordinate with L1/L2 teams.
• Support Cisco LAN/WAN networks and related infrastructure at manufacturing sites.
• Manage server room hardware, Rack Servers, SAN/NAS, and backups.
• Coordinate with onsite and remote teams; travel to sites in the US as needed.
• On-call 24x7 availability; flexible hours.
