Job summary

Zones – First Choice for IT is seeking a skilled L2 SME to support a global service network. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in enterprise GPU and storage environments, coordinating with product, engineering, and service teams.

You will handle escalations, analyze root causes, and contribute to knowledge bases while maintaining strong customer communication and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (5+ years).
• 5+ years engineering experience with GPU servers, storage, networking.
• Fluency in English and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and isolate GPU/server hardware issues.
• Analyze debug logs and system information.
• Escalate to L3 when needed and document findings.
• Create knowledge base articles and SOPs.
