Job summary

Alamance Foods Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator 1 (L-2) to operate depalletizers, cappers, and palletizers on a fast-paced production line. You will start up, run, and shut down equipment, monitor performance, and ensure product specifications and safety standards are met.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, with 2+ years of manufacturing experience being preferred. Candidates should maintain clean work areas and assist with line changeovers as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate depalletizer, capper, and palletizer on assigned line.
• Perform equipment startup, shutdown, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment performance and production flow.
• Ensure proper machine settings and adjustments.
• Conduct quality checks and verify product specifications.
• Clear jams and minor faults safely.
• Maintain clean equipment and work areas per SOPs and GMP.
• Assist with line changeovers and setup activities.
• Document production paperwork accurately.
