Job summary

Veriipro is looking for a skilled production support specialist based in Dallas, Texas. As a key player, you will provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and work with Java 21-based microservices in Kubernetes environments.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications and microservices-based systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues within defined SLAs
• Support Java 21-based microservices deployed in Kubernetes environments
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for incident resolution and system stability
• Monitor application health, logs, and performance in production environments
• Support Angular-based front-end applications and resolve UI-related production issues
• Participate in incident management, change management, and release support activities
• Improve system observability, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java 21
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
• Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments
• Experience supporting Angular-based applications
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and RCA skills
• Proven experience in production support (L2/L3) environments
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Experience working in on-call or 24/7 support models

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems
• Scripting experience (Shell, Python) for automation and diagnostics
