Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a QA/QC lead for mission-critical electrical systems in hyperscale data center projects. You will ensure flawless installation, testing, and compliance of MV/LV switchgear, UPS, generators, and cooling infrastructure, with strict adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes FAT/SAT orchestration, interface control, and real-time tracking of equipment from manufacture to energization. Strong vendor coordination and project controls experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities projects preferred.
• Proven track record in QA/QC and commissioning

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities and coordinate site acceptance testing (SAT).
• Manage FAT and early procurement milestones for critical power and cooling infra.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and turnover between OEMs, suppliers, and GC/CM teams.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and owner standards; maintain traceability of submittals.
