Experience

6–8+ years overall experience in Application Support / SRE

Strong background in IBM WebSphere Commerce

Hands-on Web Commerce Application Support experience is required

Required Skills

• 3–5 years in application or technical support roles
• 2+ years hands-on with WebSphere Commerce Suite (WCS) 8.x or similar e-commerce platforms
• Experience with DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server and basic SQL skills
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix and command-line operations
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, load balancers, and web servers
• Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or similar APM solutions
