Job summary

Wipro is seeking support engineers to cover night, swing, and weekend shifts ensuring factory operations run smoothly. You will review dashboards, analyze throughput, and debug server platforms per published guidelines.

Daily status reports and triage of failures are essential to keep lines moving. The role requires a BS/MS in EE/CE with 5+ years of related experience, Linux command line familiarity, and ability to work with cross functional teams including Nvidia and contract manufacturers.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in EE/CE is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience (server systems).
• Familiarity with Linux command line and reading outputs.
• Understanding of system architecture and networking components.
• Ability to run pretest scripts/diags on test fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Work night, swing and weekend shifts to support extended factory hours.
• Review build dashboards to analyze throughput, yields and paretos.
• Debug server platforms, perform minor rework, retest and recover units.
• Publish clear daily status and build reports.
