Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Learning & Development with related field and 5+ years experience in training.

Responsibilities

• Bridge leadership and employees to ensure relevant development opportunities.
• Develop and deliver Union | Non-union training programs using instructor-led sessions and LMS.
• Build a scalable training framework for onboarding, compliance, safety, and upskilling.
• Lead LMS review and optimization of eSafety.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify needs and ensure content accuracy.
• Deliver training using workshops, coaching, mentoring, and job shadowing.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
• Administer Tuition Reimbursement program.
