Qualifications

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and accessibility (Section 508).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with federal clients to assess training needs and define learning objectives aligned with mission goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives with change management and workforce transformation.
• Apply adult learning principles to create scalable, engaging learning solutions.
• Develop learner-focused instructional materials, including eLearning modules and classroom training.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations for federal audiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
• Leverage technology to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.
• Ensure all materials comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
