Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery unit on PRN nights at Marble Falls, TX. You will work with a care team to deliver high-quality patient care, following established nursing processes and care plans.

The role emphasizes patient safety, education, and collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure effective care delivery. Night shift flexibility, ongoing training, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years in a relevant RN role.
• RN license required; BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Field of Study: nursing.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize needs, create and assess care plans to achieve outcomes.
• Observe indicators and support changes with evidence and learning.
• Create a caring, safe environment for patients and families.
• Build relationships with boundaries while managing pain and promoting healing.
• Facilitate learning for healthcare team, patients and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute an integrated plan.
• Use problem-solving and resources to support patients, family and staff.
