- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2020-$2070
- Active and unencumbered RN license (Montana or compact state)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery and Post-Partum nursing experience
- Experience working night shifts and willingness to float as needed
- Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork in a hospital setting
- Submission of updated resume, self-assessment, and nursing skills checklist
- Deliver high-quality patient care to laboring mothers and post-partum patients in a clinical setting
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and assist with labor and delivery procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Educate patients and families throughout the childbirth process
- Float to other hospital units as required within the designated radius
