HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to float within Methodist Hospitals in the San Antonio area as part of the Labor and Delivery Resource Team. You will influence patient care through collaboration with your manager and hospital councils, contributing to nursing initiatives and patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes nursing process, critical thinking, leadership, and teamwork, with opportunities to engage in organizational activities and to pursue leadership development programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (RN Compact License holders must obtain Texas license within 60 days).
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.

Responsibilities
