Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Nurse Manager for Labor and Delivery at Swedish First Hill in Seattle. The role leads 24/7 perinatal services, oversees clinical operations, quality metrics, staffing, and patient experience.

You will coach staff, collaborate with CNS and educators, and drive DEI initiatives within the unit. Minimum BSN or ADN with BSN commitment, WA RN license, BLS, and 3 years in a related area are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within two years of hire.
• Washington RN license required on hire.
• BLS certification on hire by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and leadership of the L&D unit.
• Ensure 24/7 patient care delivery in compliance with standards.
• Develop and monitor unit-based quality improvement programs.
