Qualifications

• BSN required or ADN with plan to obtain BSN within two years of hire.
• Washington RN license required at time of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification at time of hire.
• Minimum 3 years' recent nursing experience in related area.
• Registered Nurse in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Labor and Delivery unit and related areas.
• Ensure 24/7 patient care delivery in collaboration with health care team.
• Develop, implement, and monitor unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
• Hire and onboard experienced staff and oversee staff performance.
