Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking candidates for its Learning & Development Management Development Program (MDP). The 12–18 month rotations develop future L&D professionals with hands-on program management experience across multiple functions.

Participants will interact with senior leadership, travel for rotations, and build skills in onboarding, digital education, and marketing communications to accelerate employee growth and organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, psychology, organizational development, learning & development, or related field.
• 3+ years’ professional Human Resources experience.
• APT D / CPTD or similar certification preferred.
• Willing to live in Connecticut and travel during rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12–18 month rotational program across Manufacturing, Digital Education, Technical Service, Marketing and Sales.
• Design, facilitate, and support training initiatives to drive employee growth and organizational success.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop onboarding curricula and resources.
