Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking driven Learning & Development professionals to join our Management Development Program (MDP), an accelerated, hands-on rotation designed to prepare you for a career in L&D within a global manufacturing organization.

The 12-18 month program includes structured rotations across Manufacturing, Digital Education, Technical Service, Marketing and Sales, with mentorship from senior leaders and a clear path to roles in Human Resources and Leadership development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MBA, MIB, MA, or MS) in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience.
• APT D or CPTD certification preferred.
• Willingness to live in Connecticut.
• Strong interest in employee learning, leadership development and training.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude for a dynamic, growing organization.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Comfort spending time on the manufacturing floor to learn operations and employee experience.
• Willingness to travel during rotations.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across Manufacturing, Digital Education, Technical Service, Marketing and Sales.
• Develop future Learning & Development professionals through immersion and hands-on program management.
• Interact with senior leadership during rotations.
• Support onboarding experiences and improve the employee journey.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Branding & Communications to drive learning adoption.
